Time flying round and it is soon time to get things up and running again.
This year bait wise I’m back on the Pineapple with Butyric Acid boilies, worked so well last time, also we have new rods for the cat fishing. The cat rods are staying but to spice things up a bit this year you will have the option of using 5.5lb test spod rods. These will give you a bit more work to do with the 100+ cats but give you much more pleasure with the 50-80lb fish. I’ve also stocked the boards up with End tackle from Korda and Catfish Pro, reels all re spooled and oiled ready for action.
Weather here has been very mild all winter, also not as much snow up in the Pyrenees this year which should mean good river conditions early in the season.
Many Thanks for all of you who have booked again this year much appreciated and also looking forward to meeting some new faces who fancy having ago on this Fabulous River. I do have a few slots still available end of May, week in June and July and the first week of September.
Also keep a look out for my new website, should be up and running by April, last year saw me fall behind with my blogging, I do apologise for this but no excuses this year with having free WiFi available to you all back at the house.
