The Last week whilst the UK has been very cold and covered in snow here in northern Spain it’s been raining. The result is that the river is now full and all three dams are open. Here in Flix there are 1600 cubic metres of water “per second” flowing past the Barca.
Although it looks bad it’s actully a good thing for the fishing, in the last 2 years it’s been very dry and the weed levels in the river have been a problem. With the amount of water flowing it will give the river a much needed clean.
