Booking
When booking with On The Ebro one person (the organiser) will be used as the contact for the whole party.
It is the responsibility of the organiser to make aware to all members of their party these terms and conditions and that they understand and agree to them.
Make sure flights are available for your chosen dates.
Wait for confirmation from On The Ebro that your preferred dates are available before booking flights.
A booking form must be completed and emailed to us, On receipt we will send you details for payment of a deposit by Bank Transfer.
Without receipt of a full deposit On The Ebro Reserves the right to cancel any booking and make the dates available to the public.
Our obligations to you start when you have arrived at your chosen airport in Spain and you have passed through immigration and passport control (if being collected). Or arrival to the accommodation if using alternative means (driving, train, taxi).
Our obligations to you end on your delivery back to your chosen airport for departure from Spain or when you leave the premises if using alternative means (driving, train, taxi)
Payment
To secure your dates 50% of the total cost of your holiday is required as a deposit.
Your dates will NOT be secured unless a deposit is received.
The balance is due 4 weeks prior to your arrival.
If your booking is made in less than 4 weeks of your arrival date the full amount is due immediately.
Method of payment is by bank transfer, details will be given on receipt of your Booking Form.
Cancellations
50% deposit is non-refundable.
If you cancel before your arrival and have paid in full, On The Ebro reserves the right to make the decision on payment of a refund up to 50% of the total cost of your holiday.
If you cancel within 2 weeks of your arrival No Refunds will be given.
Covid – 19
Should Spain go into a “State of Emergency “ close its borders, airports and go into confinement therefore not allowing your travel and us unable to for fill our obligations to you … your deposit will be honoured for another trip either later the same calendar year or in the following calendar year.
Please make sure you are compliant to any requirements to allow travel into Spain ( ie up to date proof of vaccination).
Travel Insurance
It is recommended that you have suitable insurance to cover all eventualities including Covid-19.
Flights
Flights are not arranged by On The Ebro.
On The Ebro is not responsible for any changes or cancellations to your flights.
It is your responsibility to notify us immediately should your airline make any changes to your flights.
General
On The Ebro cannot take responsibility should the stretch of river become un-fishable (high water levels, weed etc..) but we will take you to alternative spots above the dams where fishing is always available.
Your licence and day ticket allows you to fish with 2 rods only.
Local rules are open to change at any time and are to be adhered to.
Tackle hire is included in your holiday but all breakages due to mis-use will be charged at MRRP.
Tops are to be worn whilst visiting the village.
Drunken abusive behaviour whilst being picked up at the airport will result in the cancellation of your holiday with No refund.
Drunken abusive behaviour in the village or whilst fishing Will Not Be Tolerated this could lead to the Police being called and or your expulsion with no refunds.
Medical
It is your responsibility to advise of any medical conditions or food allergies that anyone may have prior to your arrival.
It is your responsibility to make sure you have any medication that you may need whilst on your holiday.
On The Ebro excepts no responsibility for any injuries occurred whilst on the premises or whilst fishing.
An European Health Insurance Card (EHIC) or (GHIC) Global Health Insurance Card WILL be needed should you need medical care whilst you are here.
Or make sure you have private medical insurance to cover all eventualities
On The Ebro reserves the right to make any changes to any of these Terms and Conditions without warning.
